Position: Machine Operator
Location: Rayleigh
Shifts: Mon – Fri 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 rotating weekly
Pay: £11.44 ph
Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate after 12 weeks.
Duties:
Follow all documented Company Quality System/Standard Operating Procedures during tasks.
Safely set up, operate, and maintain assigned machinery.
Perform all operations with precision and in a timely manner.
Conduct maintenance checks and ensure machine efficiency aligns with planned workflow.
Strive to enhance product quality.
Always adhere to written and verbal working instructions.
Work efficiently, punctually, and professionally.
Assist other colleagues when needed.
Promptly notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment as per Company Health and Safety Policy.
Skills required:
Experience in machine operation or similar roles.
Strong teamwork skills.
Motivated and proactive.
Proficient in problem-solving and finding solutions.
Fast learner with the ability to gain extensive knowledge of the industry, products, and operational processes.
Ensuring efficient production of goods and services at the required quality level.
Effectively communicate in English.
