Description:
Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operative for a Temp to Perm position working at our clients site in Oldham.
The work will involve:
* Setting & Operating Machines
* Minding machines
* Quality Checking during Production
* Reporting any defects
* End of line Packing/Wrapping
* Manually moving finished goods with pallet trucks
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The working times and pay are:
* Monday to Friday
* 06:00-14:00 (06:00-11:00 Friday) / 14:00-22:00 (11:00-16:00 Friday)
* Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern
* £15.50 p/h initially
* Pay increase upon going perm to £16.50 p/h
* 37.5 Hours Per Week
* Breaks Paid
* Overtime available and paid at x 1.5 midweek and x 2 on weekends
* Temp to perm role for suitable candidates
Essential Skills/Experience Needed:
* Previous experience in Manufacturing essential
* Machine Operating experience essential and demonstrated on CV
* Quality checking
* Attention to detail
* Candidates need to be physically fit for a manual role with some heavy lifting
