Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Brandon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with competitive pay and overtime rates.

Start Time: 7:00am
Pay Rate:

£12.95 per hour

£16.09 per hour (overtime after 39 hours)

Job Description

As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Working within a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment, maintaining product flow, and ensuring all products are processed in line with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery

Ensure smooth and continuous production processes

Maintain product quality and adherence to customer specifications

Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

Own transport is essential due to the location

Previous machine operative or production experience is desirable but not essential
