Description:

You'll be part of a small, supportive team working to clear production schedules, operating large-scale industrial machinery, and helping deliver consistent, high-quality output. Job Responsibilities

Operate production machines to perform operations and produce parts in line with defined instructions and operating procedures.
Follow a production schedule and work within a small team/crew to meet daily output targets.
Set up machines and prepare them for production runs.
Load raw materials into machines and ensure correct setup for the required product.
Manually operate production equipment as required, monitoring the process throughout.
Unload finished product from the machine and prepare items for the next stage of production.
Work from written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures, applying judgement and selectivity where needed.
Maintain product quality by monitoring output and identifying issues/problems, escalating to support where assistance is required.
Complete basic data entry and computer tasks as required to support production records and traceability.
Work safely at all times, following company safety procedures and safe working practices as the number one priority.
Demonstrate reliable timekeeping and a strong commitment to following instructions and working to your best ability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

FLT licence (Counterbalance or equivalent) and experience operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good mechanical aptitude and practical skills to operate and support industrial machinery safely and effectively.
Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues/problems, knowing when to seek assistance.
Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing setting where consistency and attention to detail are essential.
Basic data entry and computer proficiency to complete production-related records.
Strong understanding of safe working practices and the ability to work reliably in a production environment.
