Position: Machine Operator
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00
Pay: £11.44, enhancements for late and night shifts £14.87
Location: Wickford – Own transport required due to location/shift work.
Duties – But not limited to:
Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production processes.
Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of output.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Palletise and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
Requirements:
Previous experience in machine operation preferred but not essential as full training provided.
Basic mathematics skills with ability to read measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
Basic level of English.
Document quantities as per job requirements.
