Salary: £24,800
Shift: 4 on 4 off Night Shifts
We are looking to recruit multiple motivated Operative coming from a fast-paced background to ensure high performance and quality standards are met within their production line process. This role will suit a Operative who is currently responsible for running production lines in a fast pace environment. The Key skills of the Production Operative
To carry out pre-checks and cleaning tasks of the production line.
Set the machine to production recipes.
Production Operative will be preparing raw materials for production.
Replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays.
Set up batches of production as per the production plan.
Production Operative will be manual handling including the stacking of finished goods.
Production Operative will Maintain the hygiene of equipment.
Completing documentation throughout the shift.
Producton Operatice will Replenish the PH.
Record downtime and work with the team to help minimise this.
Resolve machine stoppages.
Achieve OEE and waste targets.
Work as part of a team.
Production Operative will maintain health and safety and always adhere to policies and procedures.
Contribute to and help implement continuous improvement, to enhance quality, efficiency, safety and waste reduction.
Production Operatice will help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs.
