Job Description - Machine Operator – Days
High Peak - Temp to Perm Opportunity
BX2 Ltd is currently recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of our client in the High Peak area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering ongoing work, full training, and the potential for a permanent position.
Previous Rotational Moulding experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 6:00pm
* 48 hours per week
* Day shift position
Due to the location, own transport is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
* £12.71 per hour
* Weekly pay every Friday
* Weekly shift bonus of £40

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery
* Load raw materials into moulds and begin the moulding process
* Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality
* Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products
* Trim and finish moulded products to required specifications
* Inspect moulds and machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets
* Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and productivity enhancements
Job Description
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
* Rotational moulding experience preferred
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Basic understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
* Good level of physical fitness
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK
