Description:
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Metal expert business in the Poole area. The role is a varied one, with tasks such as operating/feeding saws to cut material, racking away goods, sweeping and tidy warehouse, making bespoke pallets etc. This will be a permanent role following a successful 12 week temporary period.
Responsibilities:
* Goods in
* Load/unload deliveries
* Operate/feed saws to cut material
* Correctly store/locate material
* Keep working area tidy at all times
* Use forklift trucks
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in goods in and using computer system to accurately book in stock.
* Have a counterbalance FLT license
* Previous experience in an engineering environment, operating machinery and saws.
* Great attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Able to be a team player and perform tasks as required
Working hours:
* 7am-4pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
* £12.50+ negotiable depending on experience
