Machine Operative (FLT Licence Preferred)
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent contract.
Pay Rate
* £13.65 per hour
* 30-minute paid break each shift
Working Hours
Rotating shifts:
* 06:00am - 02:00pm
* 02:00pm - 10:00pm
Applicants must be able to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.
Duties Include
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitoring production processes and quality standards
* Loading and unloading materials
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Completing production paperwork where required
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
* FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Flexible to work rotating shifts
Important Information
* This is a temporary to permanent position
* All successful candidates will be required to complete a DNA test on Day 1 as part of the onboarding process
