Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment according to established protocols and guidelines.
Comprehensive Support:
Participate in full induction, health & safety briefings, and training programs provided by the company to ensure proficiency in role responsibilities.
Flexible Shift Options:
Choose from a range of shift patterns, including standard day shifts and double day shifts, to accommodate personal schedules and preferences.
Machine Operative Role:
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues.
Maintain punctuality and adhere to designated shift schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Attention to Detail:
Maintain a keen focus on tasks and adhere to specific measurement requirements throughout the manufacturing process to uphold product quality and integrity.Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required.
