Location: Gilberdyke, East Yorkshire
Salary: From £14.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Gilberdyke, is looking to recruit experienced Machine Operatives to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking a long-term role with competitive pay and a variety of shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production machinery
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Carrying out machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Following all health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Reporting faults and production issues promptly
Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Extensive machine operating experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and hardworking attitude

Desirable:

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

Shift Patterns Available

6:00am - 2:30pm
8:00am - 4:30pm
Continental shifts (60 hours one week, 24 hours the next)
