Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Mac Support Engineer to join our team and become an integral part of our business, supporting key clients in the Design, Creative, Architectural and Marketing industries.

This role is a permanent / hybrid position and will involve providing technical support for Mac systems and applications, as well as providing advice and guidance on best practices and system optimization.

Job Title: Mac Support Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £40,000 / Hybrid + Flexible Working

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Mac systems and applications
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
Install and maintain software and hardware, such as M365, Google Workspace, BASH, Addigy, JAMF
Monitor and maintain system performance
Provide advice and guidance on best practices and system optimization
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues
Create and maintain system documentation
Assist with the deployment of new systems and applications
Ensure adherence to security policies and proceduresRequirements:

Proven experience as a Mac Support Engineer
Knowledge of Mac OS and applications
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
Knowledge of system administration and scripting
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyBenefits:
