Vehicle Configuration Sales Administrator
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with excellent Excel skills and an interest in luxury products or high-performance vehicles?
ASL Technical is recruiting for an excellent Vehicle Configuration Sales Administrator to join a specialist team responsible for managing bespoke vehicle specifications and supporting the accurate delivery of highly customised products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, technical information and detailed specifications. The Role
Working with the Vehicle Configuration team, you will support the accurate creation and administration of bespoke vehicle specifications.
Responsibilities include:
Translating customer requirements into detailed specifications.
Supporting enquiries, specification changes and administration.
Accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP.
Creating Excel trackers, templates and reports.
Analysing data to support operational decisions.
Improving templates, workflows and processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Maintaining process documentation and supporting continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an organised administrator who is comfortable working with detailed data and technical information.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in administration, data management or business support.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience creating spreadsheets, trackers, templates or reports.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience working with technical information and structured processes.
SAP experience would be highly desirable.
An interest in process improvement and more efficient ways of working.
