Luxury Residential Day Concierge - Canary Wharf - London - £30k - 4 on 4 off
A prestigious development is looking for a Concierge to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities whilst providing a high level contact for all residents across two buildings within walking distance.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with either guests, residents or customers in a in person customer service setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will come from a 5* or 4* hotel or another environment famed for it's high level customer service.
You Must Have:
* Experience of working in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Track record of delivering first-class customer service
* Good knowledge of London
