The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring pupils remain safe, happy and well-supervised during the lunchtime period.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas.
* Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging good manners.
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils during lunchtime.
* Supporting children with play activities and social interactions.
* Managing minor incidents and reporting concerns appropriately.
* Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for all children.
* Following school safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
