As a Luggage Porter, you'll be an important part of the guest journey, providing a seamless combination of luggage assistance, valet parking and personalised service.

Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach
Provide concierge-style assistance, including directions and local recommendations
Escort guests and assist with luggage handling
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles as part of the valet parking service
Drive estate buggies and provide local shuttle transfers
Maintain accurate luggage records and a well-presented driveway
Deliver discreet and personalised customer service
Work closely with colleagues across all departments to exceed guest expectations
Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain required certifications
Support the wider team with additional duties as business needs requireWhat we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, excellent guest service skills and experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.

Previous experience in a luxury, five-star hospitality environment
Previous porter or valet parking experience
A full UK or EU driving licence & at least 3 years' UK driving experience for the relevant vehicle type
Minimum age of 21 years
Friendly, confident and professional manner
Excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
