Build your technical career with specialist training and real opportunities for progression.

Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys working with industrial machinery and wants to develop specialist skills in reliability and lubrication engineering? Whether you're already experienced in lubrication or have a strong electromechanical background, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where you'll receive industry-leading training and develop expertise that is in high demand.

About the Role

As a Lubrication Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping customers improve the reliability and performance of their industrial equipment. Working across a variety of customer sites, you'll carry out planned lubrication activities, perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve asset reliability.

Your day-to-day work will include lubricating rotating equipment, carrying out oil changes, checking filtration systems, taking oil samples for analysis and reporting any issues such as leaks or potential reliability concerns. You'll also work closely with Reliability Engineers to help deliver continuous improvement and best practice maintenance solutions.

Comprehensive training is provided, including structured classroom learning, practical on-the-job coaching and recognised industry certification, giving you the opportunity to become a specialist in lubrication and reliability maintenance.

About You

You'll have a technical qualification or practical experience within an electromechanical or mechanical engineering environment and enjoy working independently while taking ownership of your work. You'll be proactive, safety-conscious and comfortable working as part of a collaborative technical team.

Experience in industrial lubrication or a Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) Level 1 or 2 qualification would be advantageous, but not essential, as full training and certification can be provided. A willingness to travel across the UK to support customers is essential, although you'll primarily work within your local region.

What You'll Receive

You'll join a fast-growing business that invests heavily in its people and believes in developing long-term careers. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll receive a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, together with a personalised development plan and ongoing technical training.
