About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive school in Peckham. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with children and is committed to ensuring a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising pupils during lunch breaks both indoors and outdoors.
Encouraging positive behaviour and good social interaction.
Supporting children with their wellbeing and safety at all times.
Assisting pupils where required during mealtimes.
Reporting any incidents or concerns to senior staff.
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment.
Requirements
✅ Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or care setting is desirable.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Reliable, patient, and approachable nature.
✅ Ability to manage behaviour positively and professionally.
✅ Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ Right to work in the UK.
