GSL Education is Seeking: Learning Support Mentor in Kingston Upon Thames
GSL Education is looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Mentors to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. If you are passionate about assisting students with special educational needs in SEN schools, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the planning and implementation of personalized learning plans.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere.
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement.
Manage and support students with various learning and behavioural challenges effectively.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting student development.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
