Are you looking for a flexible Learning Support Assistant role within a specialist SEND school?

The schools are committed to help every child achieve their potential through personalised support, therapeutic approaches and quality staff!
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including SEMH, Autism and ADHD
Experience managing challenging behaviour in an educational or care setting
A calm, patient and resilient approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
The ability to adapt to different classroom environments
