Are you a patient and caring Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a SEND setting?
Can you confidently manage behaviour while supporting pupils with a range of additional needs?

The schools have a committed staff team who work collaboratively to ensure pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs receive the individual support they need to thrive.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient, calm and good-tempered approach
The ability to adapt to a range of SEND needs
A flexible attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
