Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Looker / Looker Enterprise
* Expertise in Look ML, semantic modelling, Explores and dashboards
* Experience with Looker Conversational Analytics and Gemini capabilities
* Strong knowledge of Big Query and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Experience driving enterprise BI and self-service analytics adoption
* Strong understanding of data governance and trusted semantic layers
* Experience designing gold-standard dashboards and reusable analytics solutions
* Ability to identify and deliver high-value business analytics use cases
* Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and consulting skills
* Experience in user enablement, training, workshops and adoption programmes
