We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long Term Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the foundation phase, supporting children both in groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.

Days: 5 days a week
Duration: Long termRole Responsibilities:
Support children in groups and on a 1-2-1 basis within the foundation phase.
Adapt to the varied nature of the role and be flexible to changes.
Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and the class teacher.
Provide assistance to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and learning sessions.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role is desirable.
A patient and empathetic approach when working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the students and the school.
