Are you a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to secondary-aged students with SEN in a specialized setting.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Facilitate the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:
Must hold a recognized Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Demonstrated experience working in SEN settings, specifically with secondary-aged students.
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and appropriate support strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
