Temp to perm paying £19.25 per hour based on a 42.5 - 45-hour week Monday to Friday

Red Sky Personnel have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager for our client a Leading company based in West Drayton. Immediate start for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager with a minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role to be considered.
Logistics/Warehouse Manager About the Role
Working for a leading facility management and maintenance company, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a 15,000 square foot storage warehouse located in West Drayton, West London. The primary function of the warehouse is storage, picking, packing, and deliveries for aviation clients. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
Logistics/Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
* Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management.
* Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
* Schedule and supervise a direct team of 5-6 staff.
* Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimise efficiency.
* Maintain all necessary warehouse documentation.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Logistics/Warehouse Manager Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking & packing, and shipping/receiving
* Experience supervising and motivating a team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* A valid forklift license is a plus.
