Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 17:00 - 50 hours per week

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Logistics Warehouse Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Point of contact for all visitors, contractors and clients.
Responds to client inquiries and complaints. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports as required.
Support / Monitor third party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising.
Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate QHSE processes and client HSE standards.
To adhere to the maintenance management system in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive maintenance.
Management of contractors on site including preparation and completion of paperwork.
Perform Site Inductions
Open & Lock Up Building – provide security presence in building
Carry out all works in an appropriately health and safety conscious manner following material safety instructions and using, permits to work, risk assessments, method statements where appropriate to do this.

About You:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Must have a forklift Licence
SIA Security preferable
Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
Forklift Licence essential.
The ability to be flexible and positive, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.
Work in conjunction with OCS colleagues to deliver excellent customer service skills.
Commitment to excellent attendance and time keeping.
Be able to lead by example.
Good Organisational skills
Represent both OCS and client in a positive manner.
