Our client, a leading company in the logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Sandbach.

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries and order handling, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing sales orders, liaising with internal planning and external sub-contractors to ensure customer requirements are met
Proactively managing customer orders from receipt to confirmation, through to despatch, delivery, and invoicing
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, Sales and Product Managers to resolve difficulties and identify areas for improvement
Coordinating sample requests from customers, in collaboration with the Technical Development Manager
Maintaining customer records, orders, invoices, etc., in SAP and supporting systems
Adhering to business procedures and maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards.In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to support the finance team through general bookkeeping and Finance tasks using SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Our client offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £22,000 to £25,000, along with a host of fantastic perks, including 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and the opportunity to work from home on Fridays. To thrive in this role, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Prior experience in a logistics or customer service role is highly desirable, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
