Description
The Logistics Coordinator's duties and responsibilities will be:
Manage and coordinate logistics operations in a busy distribution site
Handle customer interactions and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner
Monitor stock levels and manage reordering processes
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
Maintain accurate records of transactions and deliveries
Comply with all health and safety regulationsProfile
A successful Logistics Coordinator should have:
Experience in logistics, business administration, or a related field within distribution
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
