Logistics Coordinator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:
Managing and liaise with courier and logistic companies.
Scheduling deliveries
Preparing supporting documentation in association with deliveries to include sales and shipping invoices
Tracking shipments and updating relevant teams on progress
Processing Import/Export declarations
Dealing with general enquiries relating to Customs Procedures, Tariff Classifications and Duty Rates
Logging and monitoring courier purchase logs
Managing any insurance claims in line with delivery shortfall and damage to products
The Logistics Coordinator will have:
Excellent organisational and admin skills
Ability to deliver under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
Ability to work well within a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communications skills
