Temp to Perm

Monday – Friday, 7.00am-5.00pm / Saturday 7.00am-12.00pm (rota system)
C£25kpa - Salary dependant on experience
A new vacancy has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator within the Network Team for our client based in their Boston Depot.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess a good telephone manner, provide an in-depth level of customer service and be proficient in problem solving, transport planning and working as a team.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Provide an efficient, responsive and professional service when handling all incoming and outgoing calls with customers, depots and drivers
* Deal with queries and issues by email and telephone, quickly and thoroughly
* Book jobs onto bespoke IT systems
* Adhere to both company and statutory legislation and requirements to ensure the efficient running of the business
* Coordinate deliveries and collections
Skills / experience we are looking for:
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritise tasks and be organised and methodical
* Transport & logistics experience
* Must be fully computer literate
* Administrative experience essential
* Good customer service skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Own means of transport
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
