My client situated in Bradford is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to add to their growing Operations Team.

Salary range Logistics Coordinator:£24-26k depending on experience (negotiable)

Job Summary Logistics Coordinator To use the real time systems and data we have at our disposal to better control costs, support team members within the wider business and be a key member to the daily route planning for our field vending operatives.

The main duties of the Logistics Coordinator will be, but not limited to:

* Responsible for the planning and scheduling of routes for a large team of vending operatives across the UK in the most efficient way;

* Data analysis: which includes analysing discrepancies in products vended and monies taken;

* Ensuring correct pricing across multiple products over multiple sites

* Create planograms for different machines

* Operations full KPI assessment from previous week

* Managing the fleet of 50 company vehicles; checking MOT’s, vehicle tax and organisation of V5’s

* Process all fines through Concur and organise regional payments for vehicles (crossings, congestion etc.)

* Conduct thorough Nayax checks, rectify set up errors, develop product maps, upgrade firmware and manage new card set ups

* Configure and integrate new installation machines and optimise routing

* Take responsibility for highlighting your own training needs

Preferred skills/experience Logistics Coordinator

* Have good organisation skills and attention to detail;

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;

* Proficient in Excel and have the ability to become proficient in various software applications;

* Experience in problem solving and working proactively towards solutions;

* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;

* Studied a STEM subject (or business studies with well-honed analytical skills)

* Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues
