About the role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high service standards. You'll liaise with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between them and our couriers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage communication with customer vias orders inbox and telephone enquiries
* Liaise with suppliers fostering positive relationships to the benefit of both parties
* Ensure timely accurate quotations, order confirmations and deliveries to customer expectations
* Uphold company values and service excellence
* Problem-solve unforeseen issues efficiently
* Utilise IT systems effectively
* You will be required to take home an on-call phone for one week once a month with a £100 remuneration

We're seeking someone with:
* 2 years in office-based logistics or similar
* Ambition and attention to detail
* Strong customer-centric approach
* Ability to think laterally and adapt and overcome challenges
* Comfortable working in a team and with IT systems
