Location: Warrington
£40,000 - £45,000 + 30% Bonus
As a Logistics and Stock Coordinator, you will manage and maintain stock items, provide logistical support to operational assets, and ensure timely delivery of consumables and spares. This opportunity involves working with Sage for stock control, Wap for ordering, and Holistech for maintenance management.
Your Package:
* £40,000 - £45,000
* Up to 30% Bonus

* 37.5 hour working week, with flexible start & finish times.
* Onsite parking or less than a 5-minute walk from the train line.
Your Key Logistics and Stock Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Provide logistical support to operational engine assets and auxiliary components.
* Maintain minimum stock levels and conduct monthly stock checks.
* Chair Stores Stock Committee meetings.
* Job kitting for planned maintenance activities.
* Respond to breakdown spares requests promptly.
* Maintain a bespoke stock database.
* Ensure timely stock delivery and manage transportation of spares.
* Review and develop cost-effective stores systems.
* Maintain tool calibration databases.
* Coordinate refurbishment of critical equipment.
* Adhere to HSQE procedures.
* You will conduct occasional audits at various sites (approximately 4 sites a year) to ensure proper stock management and compliance.
Your Skills & Attributes as a Logistics and Stock Coordinator
* Proven experience in stores/logistics within the engineering or power generation generation sector.
* Familiarity with stock control systems (e.g., Sage, Wap, Holistech).
* Computer literate
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team of 8.
* A basic mechanical knowledge of engines would be an advantage
* Flexibility, focus, and a sense of humour.
