Job Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day movement of goods in line with operational requirements.

Inbound and Outbound call to and from customers

Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain clear records

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and service expectations.

Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate person to prevent delays or errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation.

Good numeracy and literacy skillls

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly and consistently.

Basic understanding of logistics processes and the importance of accuracy.

Reliable timekeeping and a proactive approach to completing tasks to standard.

Comfort working in a fast paced active environment

Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with the wider team, Customers and drivers

Health and Safety awareness, with a commitment to safe working practices.
