We need the ideal candidate to have a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and be comfortable completing admin duties, building reports. You will be required to work Fixed Day Shift - 8:00am - 4:00pm . The great news is that via the guidance of the fantastic on-site trainers the role can be learnt meaning if you are a reliable and driven individual looking for a stable role with avenues to progress its the perfect opportunity.

The Job:

Provide full support to the Administration & Logistics Manager, Assistant Administration & Logistics Manager & Site Manager.
Complete the departmental tasks including:
Connecting jobs; entering jobs onto the system; picking jobs in preparation for production; performing stock & frame replenishments; returning lenses and frames to suppliers.
Ensure the frame change procedure is adhered to. 
Ensure the stocktake procedure is followed when performing periodic stocktakes within the department.
Ensure individual administration and logistics targets are achieved and maintained, whilst delivering a high level of quality and accuracy at all times.
Ensure a consistent flow of work into the Production Department is maintained with priority given to all earlier dated jobs.
Work in a spirit of co-operation with all internal teams to maintain quality and reduce wastage.
Keep up to date with optical knowledge relevant to role and manage your own personal development.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times within the workplace.
Maintain a tidy, clean and safe team working environment in accordance with all health and safety requirements.  Practice good housekeeping at all times in accordance with company health and safety requirements.
Reflect the business core values of quality, service and safety in all aspects of the role both internally and externally.
About You:

Fixed Day Shift - 8:00am - 4:00pm

Confident using computers
Someone who is willing to learn with a can-do attitude.
