We are recruiting for a new opportunity for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist a reputable law firm based in Kent for 3 months +.
The Opportunity
Birchrose Associates are partnering with a reputable practice to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The role will be based in their office in Kent.
This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum is free to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a caseload including the following matters:
Drafting and advising on a range of wills
Probate
LPAs
Tax matters
Estate administrationThe locum will benefit from a highly experienced Legal Assistant.

Requirements
At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor
Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
