Locum Planning Solicitor - South Coast

Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the South-East who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a locum contract for 6 months. Office attendance is fortnightly.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 5 years PQE,

- Have previous experience with s106s, planning committees, and enforcement,

- Be comfortable acting as a senior figure to more junior members of the team,

- Be experienced working in the public sector,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
