Histology Biomedical Scientist - Band 4-6 – South West Scotland - 3 months
Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a highly experienced Histology Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in South West Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in a reputable NHS hospital!
Job Title: Histology Biomedical Scientist
Location: South West Scotland
Duration: 3 month contract with review for extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP start
Rate of pay: £Competitive hourly rates DOE
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
IBMS Accredited Degree desirable
Experience working within a Histology lab
Must have Microtomy experience, able to cut at least 25 - 30 blocks per hour
Must have full right to work in the UK 37.5 hours per week, we are unable to provide sponsorship
Working hours and contract duration:
This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30, 8:30 - 17:00. The contract is 3 months initially with potential to be extended.
