A well-established high street law firm in the North West is seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to support its busy residential property team.
The Role:
* Full-time hours
* Hybrid working arrangement
* Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Immediate start available within the next few weeks
* Competitive rate of £50-£55 per hour
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and client care skills
