Do you have current industry experience within financial services and loans? In this role you will be supporting the team with all aspects of administration throughout the life cycle, as well as supporting the head of the department with any system changes, implementation and BAU to ensure smooth workflow.
Assisting the manager with system changes and BAU
Involvement in system updates and testing, as well as updating process documentation
Reporting progress of updates and liaising with management
Updating in-house systems with a various documentation and cross checking with other systems
Uploading Terms, mandates and authorisation forms
Undertaking credit checking and other screening procedures and collating documentation regarding this
Completing KYC refresh for existing customers
Taking on additional responsibilities within credit in the future
Inputting payment drawdowns
Inputting and approving invoice payments to the system
Organising document signatures

Candidates will need to have:
Experience of systems relating to loan documentation
Excellent IT experience
Strong knowledge of KYC and AML
Good numerical ability
