If you're an experienced Loan Manager looking for greater ownership across bridging and development finance, this opportunity offers the chance to manage transactions from initial enquiry through to redemption. You'll have the autonomy to underwrite, structure and manage property-backed lending while working closely with borrowers throughout the entire process.

You'll join a growing specialist lender where commercial judgement is valued and decisions are made pragmatically. With direct borrower contact, genuine responsibility and a hybrid working pattern, this role is well suited to someone who enjoys seeing deals through from start to finish.

Package & Benefits
• Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
• Annual bonus of up to 20%.
• Hybrid working with three days in the office and two days from home.

About the Company
You'll be joining a specialist property lender with an established reputation for delivering bridging and development finance solutions. The business takes a practical, commercially focused approach to lending, placing strong emphasis on sound credit decisions, long-term relationships and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Underwriting bridging and development finance applications, assessing borrower strength, security, exit strategy and overall lending risk.
• Structuring negotiate property-backed lending transactions that align with commercial objectives and credit policy.
• Presenting lending proposals to Credit Committee with clear recommendations and robust risk analysis.
• Managing borrower relationships throughout the full loan lifecycle, from enquiry and completion through to monitoring and redemption.

About You
• Experience within bridging finance, development finance or specialist property lending.
• Proven background in underwriting, structuring and managing property-backed lending transactions.
• Experience presenting lending proposals to Credit Committee and managing borrower or broker relationships.
