We are needing a Loading Shovel Driver to join our client based in DN11.

Position: Loading Shovel Driver

Location: Harworth

Pay Rate: Excellent rates of pay

Shifts:

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun – 12 hours days

Week 2 – Wed & Thurs – 12 hours days

Week 3 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun – 12 hours nights

Week 4 – Wed & Thurs – 12 hours nights

Job Description:

We are seeking a loading shovel driver to carry out the following duties.

* You will take deliveries of incoming aggregates and load hoppers with materials

* To ensure all materials are checked prior to tipping

* To accurately record the moisture content

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload hoppers of aggregate

- Ensure smooth and safe handling of materials at all times.

- Participate in shift clean downs, which include cleaning out the big material mixer.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

- Experience operating a Loading Shovel.

- Proven experience operating them

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, on a Panama shift pattern.

- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks during clean down procedures.

- Ability to help clean down inthe plant along the team
