Description:

Stafforce are seeking a skilled and reliable Loading Shovel Driver to work on a temporary to permanent basis at our clients site in South Shields. The role involves dealing with biomass and as such is a 24/7 operation so will require working a mixture of days/nights on a shift pattern.

As part of the role when you are not busy with the loading shovel work you will be required to do industrial cleaning of the machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate loading shovel to load hoppers and move materials

* Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure the loading shovel is in good working order.

* Work closely with the site Manager to follow project plans and timelines.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on site.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Loading Shovel driver or similar role.

* Valid NPORS or CSCS qualification for Loading Shovel.

* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

* Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
