Description:

Delta is searching for a Van Driver/Loader Unloader in Lancing.

Our client, a leading company in the industrial/manufacturing space is experiencing a significant surge in their workload. They are looking to expand their existing team of three operatives to meet demands. The units are thoughtfully structured with two drivers and two non-drivers, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our client's goods to various destinations. You will have the flexibility to customise your work approach, including morning pick-ups, driver arrangements, and loading responsibilities for the day/weekly.

Duties

* Van driving - Safely and efficiently operate our client's vehicles to transport goods between locations.

* Loading & Unloading - Skilfully handle the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring their safety and integrity.

* Collaborative team discussions - Engage in open conversations with your teammates to establish an optimal team setup that maximises productivity and efficiency.

* Delivery - Transport client goods to various construction sites in and around the Lancing area

Site Times / Standard Hours Paid / Overtime

* 06:00 - 15:00 | Monday - Friday

* 06:00 - 14:30 | Friday

* 42 hours paid per week.

* Overtime is available as and when at enhanced rates.

Must-Have

* Valid driving licence

* CSCS card
