Cerisia Homes CIC | Supporting Young People Aged 16–18
Cerisia Homes CIC is recruiting dedicated Live- In Support Workers to help young people develop independence, confidence and essential life skills.
Main Duties
* Support cooking, cleaning, budgeting and daily living skills.
* Provide emotional support and positive guidance.
* Promote education, training and employment.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain professional boundaries.
* Complete welfare checks, daily records and incident reports.
* Support young people during challenging situations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
About You
* Compassionate, reliable and patient.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Committed to safeguarding and young people's wellbeing.
* Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
* Previous support work experience is desirable.
* Level 3 Children and Young People or equivalent is an advantage.
An enhanced DBS check will be required, subject to eligibility
