Key responsibilities
* Supporting our clients with personal needs such as washing and dressing.
* Day to day task management such as daily household duties ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the home
* Accompany to medical appointments and social activities
* Meal preparation
* What we are looking for
* Minimum of 6 months professional care experience with people living with Dementia,
* Parkinsons, Stroke, End-of-Life essential
* Minimum commitment of six weeks of availability at a time
* Individuals who are compassionate, caring and empathetic
* Desire to make a difference to our clients lives
* Fluency in English
* Drivers desirable but not essential
