Job Description
The Little Lincs Play Assistant will report directly to the Hub General Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of activities at the stay and play area of Cynon Linc. The role forms part of the Hub Support Team ensuring the highest possible customer service and care is delivered.
Tasks will include booking parents and children into soft play, cleaning equipment, setting up spaces appropriately depending on the activity, liaising between customers and the hospitality team, and being a party host for children’s parties and organising / delivering a timetable of activities for children under 6 years.
Responsibilities
The post will comprise four components:
Administration
* Ensure all guests feel welcome and experience the highest customer service through a wide range of mediums in line with organisational processes and procedures.
Business Development and Marketing
* Work with the Hub Reception / admin officer to deliver, evaluate and monitor feedback from visitors and stakeholders and report any issues or opportunities identified.
Operational
* Ensure all areas of Little Lincs are maintained to the highest possible standards of safety, cleanliness, security and operational effectiveness and efficiency ensuring that customers are given the best possible welcome.
Partnerships
* Promote and nurture positive relationships with funders, clients, partners and suppliers.
