Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor
NQ - 3 PQE | Worcestershire
I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to grow its Dispute Resolution team in Worcester, with an opportunity for a Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE.
This is a strong opportunity for a litigation lawyer looking for quality work, variety and genuine progression, within an established and supportive team.
The role
You'll work with a broad range of individual and business clients, advising across a varied civil and commercial disputes caseload, including:
Civil and commercial litigation
Property and land disputes
Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
Professional negligence
Contractual disputes
Private nuisance and Party Wall matters
TOLATA and defamation claims
Wider contentious mattersYou'll have the opportunity to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution, while developing your technical expertise, client relationships and commercial understanding.
