The Opportunity

Position: Lithographic Offset Printer

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Hours: 3-Shift Rotation

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your printing expertise to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for:

Operating the KBA 162 six-colour press with double coater

Ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety and PPE compliance

Producing work to agreed quality and performance standards

Managing colour consistency, ink control, and print quality

Conducting machine set-up, maintenance, and housekeeping activities

Performing quality control checks in line with ISO standards

Reporting any quality or production issues to the Print Manager

Supporting continuous improvement and wider Health & Safety initiatives

Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

Previous experience in Lithographic Offset Printing

A manufacturing or print production background

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail, particularly in colour management and print quality

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
