The Role

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Hours: 3-shift rotation

We’re seeking a dedicated Lithographic Offset Printer to bring expertise to our growing team. If you value teamwork, quality, and maintaining high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating the KBA 162 6 colour with double coater.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and PPE compliance.

Report any non-conformities to the Print Manager.

Build skills in paper awareness, ink/colour management, machine setup, and production efficiency.

Handle machine housekeeping, maintenance, and ISO-aligned QC checks.

Support company certifications and wider Health & Safety initiatives.

Carry out additional duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in lithographic offset printing.

Manufacturing background with technical expertise.

Attention to detail and a strong eye for color.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Resilience under pressure with a willingness to learn new skills.
